CANCELLATION POLICY:

When you book an appointment at Smooth Effects, we reserve a time just for you. If you can’t make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Out of respect for our clients and employees, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of any appointment changes and/or cancellations. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Our ability to provide excellent service is compromised if you arrive late. Depending on how late you arrive, and the length of the appointment, we may not always be able to fully complete the treatment and may be forced to reschedule the appointment (50% of the service will be owed). We make every effort to stay on schedule and we strive to be respectful of everyone’s time.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY:

We understand that emergencies do arise and may lead to a last-minute cancellation or no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows are subject to a charge equaling 100% of the treatment cost. We will either redeem one of your series (a pre-paid treatment) or your credit card on file will be charged.

PRICE POLICY:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices are subject to change.
